Shinzox Group Limited's energy holding currently focuses on ethanol, clean fuels, and bio-energy production. The Company does not, as at the date of this disclosure, hold an inter-State trading licence under section 12 of the Electricity Act, 2003, nor undertake the sale of electricity to distribution licensees, open-access consumers, or power exchanges. Should the Group enter the electricity trading business in the future, this page will host the trading licence, Renewable Purchase Obligation (RPO) compliance status, regulatory filings before the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission and State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, and applicable petitions and orders.
