Rekha Singh is the Founder-Chairperson of Shinzox Foundation and the Chairperson of Shinzox Group Limited. Over more than 30 years of leadership, she has built the conviction that business and social impact are not separate agendas, they are the same agenda measured at different time horizons.
Under her leadership, Shinzox Foundation has moved from intent to outcome. The Foundation runs structured programmes across education, women's empowerment, healthcare access, and rural livelihood, anchored in the communities where the Group operates. Each programme is designed to be measurable, locally owned, and scalable, not symbolic philanthropy but a continuous investment in human potential.
Her view of CSR is simple and demanding. A business cannot claim long-term success if the communities around it do not advance with it. That belief shapes how the Foundation chooses partners, designs interventions, and reports on impact, ensuring that every rupee committed translates into a measurable change in someone's circumstances.
