Shinzox Foundation is the Group's dedicated implementing entity. It runs each programme on the ground, partners with local NGOs and government schemes, measures outcomes, and reports back to the Board. The Foundation is led by a Founder-Chairperson with accountability to the Group's CSR & Governance Committee.
This structure keeps strategy at the Board, execution in the Foundation, and outcomes visible to every stakeholder, from regulators and investors to the communities our programmes serve.
