The Yarra Valley's cool-climate conditions, long ripening seasons, low yields, and old volcanic soils, ask for restraint rather than spectacle. We respond with viticulture that respects each parcel, gentle pressing, native ferments where appropriate, and oak ageing measured in years rather than weeks. The Dusk range covers red, white, sparkling, reserve, and rosé, each built for the table and the cellar. Trade distribution and direct-to-consumer channels are operated by the estate team with the same care given to the wine itself.
