Vaibhav Pratap is an Independent Director on the Board of Shinzox Group Limited, bringing extensive expertise in industrial machinery, plant equipment, and industrial operations management. His career has been built around heavy machinery selection, capital equipment lifecycle management, manufacturing plant operations, and the engineering disciplines that underpin industrial enterprise performance.
He has worked across the full machinery value chain. That includes specification and procurement of capital equipment, commissioning, predictive maintenance, equipment reliability programmes, automation upgrades, and plant productivity improvement. This operating background gives him a granular understanding of how industrial assets create or destroy value over their full lifecycle.
As Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, Vaibhav brings this industrial discipline to Board-level oversight. He helps the Group calibrate stakeholder expectations against the operating realities of capital-intensive verticals, and ensures that machinery-led businesses are governed with the long-term horizon they require.
